5. ​Gilda's Club of Metro Detroit   (Gilda's Club is a free cancer support community, offering a variety of support programs to anyone impacted by cancer. Our membership includes those with a diagnosis, their families, caregivers, and anyone who has lost someone to cancer. Our programs range from support groups to educational presentations, healthy lifestyle activities, and social events. We can also offer resources and referrals when we can’t directly meet a need.)

6. ​University of Michigan Social Work    (The Michigan Trans Health Survey is a partnership between the University of Michigan School of Social Work and Transcend the Binary. We aim to better understand trans health experience in the state of Michigan. This survey was developed by community leaders, academics, and gender diverse community members, and is designed to explore the health experiences of transgender and gender diverse individuals. Our hope is that this research will improve healthcare provider inclusivity about trans care and help shape policies to protect and provide trans affirming care.)

9. ​Pelvic Sanctuary   (Pelvic Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing inclusive pelvic health education, advocacy, and wellness resources. We provide community-informed, trauma-aware programming that supports physical and emotional well-being, with a focus on historically underserved populations.)

10. Stand with Trans   (We provide resources that include mental health therapy for the trans youth community.)​

11. ​Meridian of Michigan     (Meridian is a managed care provider embedded in the local community since 1997, serving eligible individuals and families with government-sponsored healthcare.)
