Henry Ford Health - HIV Consult Line & Ruth Ellis Center Health and Wellness Centers ​
As part of its community health initiative, Henry Ford Health placed dedicated staff specializing in pediatrics, family medicine, infectious diseases, and psychiatry at Ruth Ellis Health & Wellness Centers to deliver hands-on care and medical services to clients ages 13 to 30. There are no out-of-pocket costs for doctor visits, lab work, or medications.

Olive Tree Health Direct is founded and led by Dr. Rachel Nixon, DO, a board certified Family Medicine physician specializing in LGBTQ+ affirming care and direct primary care. We are a membership-based direct primary care practice built around a simple idea: healthcare should feel personal again.
