Exhibition Hall

​

  • Free to health care providers.

  • Health Care Providers get a free table at the event. Due to limited space, most will get half of 6' table. Let us know if you require extra space.

    • We will be in the Gallery area of Affirmations, 290 W Nine Mile Rd, Ferndale, MI 48220

    • ​​Parking is available in large metered lot behind Affirmations.

    • Set Up. Rachel & I will be arriving at about 11:30 am.  Volunteers will be setting up tables beginning at that time.  Rows of tables in the art gallery area, a few tables in the cafe area and near the stairs.

    • Tables should be ready for you at about 12 pm. Index cards will be on the tables identifying assigned tables.

    • Event hours are 1 to 4 pm

    • After the event, exhibitors, please clear your table and area.

  • Health care providers can also book a free ad in our virtual Exhibition Hall.  Your ad in the hall will include an image (ad, business card, or photo), short blurb, and website link.

Workshop Center

​

  • Present a live workshop in room 201/202 at Affirmations or,

  • Present a video or workshop linked at our virtual workshop center.  Our virtual Workshop Center can handle a number of virtual formats. 

  • I invite you submit a workshop proposal here.

Volunteer

​

  • Set up team

    • Volunteers will be needed to set up tables and assist exhibitors if needed.

    •  11:30am - 1pm shift

  • Hospitality team

    • Volunteer stations at each entrance to greet visitors and hand out programs. Volunteer needed for TGMI table.

    •  12:30pm - 2:30pm shift

    •  2:30pm - 4:00pm shift

  • Clean up team

    • After the event volunteers are needed to remove tables and restore gallery to normal.

    •  3:45pm - 5:00pm shift​​
