Transgender Michigan's Transgender Health Fair 2021 will be held on September 25 (3pm to 6) and will be both live at Affirmations in Ferndale and virtual.

Exhibition Hall

  • Free to health care providers.

  • You can book a live table in exhibition area in the gallery & cafe area of Affirmations (Details here) and/or,

  • Book an ad in our virtual Exhibition Hall.  Your ad in the hall will include an image (ad, business card, or photo), short blurb, and website link.  

  • Book your table and/or ad here

Workshop Center

  • Present a live workshop in room 201/202 at Affirmations or,

  • Present a video or workshop linked at our virtual workshop center.  Our virtual Workshop Center can handle a number of virtual formats. 

  • I invite you submit a workshop proposal here.

  • $1,000 - Gold Sponsorship.  Full page ad (5x8 B&W) in program, Large Logo on event page, Free exhibitor table*

  • $500 - Silver Sponsorship.  Logo or business card ad in program, Logo on event page, Free exhibitor table*

  • $250 - Bronze Sponsorship.  Listing in program, Listing on event page, Free exhibitor table*

  • $100 - Virtual Exhibit Hall Sponsorship.  Full width ad at top of virtual Exhibit Hall

  • All sponsorship levels include shout out on social media, website, and our newsletter.
